Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returned products must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on grips, compression wear, or any opened ball packages/boxes of balls. These items must meet our high standards for player safety.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than a backhand volley:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request (template provided below).
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Louisville facility using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – returns can take up to 25 days to reach us via standard mail.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processing is complete

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or model? No problem – our exchange process moves faster than a championship tiebreak:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tennis equipment arrives damaged or defective (which is as rare as a double fault in a Wimbledon final):

  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
